At the center of the Halloween/ Day of the Dead season is All Saints Day on November 1. Saints are people committed to God, both living and dead. Jesus assures us that death is not the end, that those who love God continue in closer relationship to him. Consequently, the holiday celebrates the fellowship of saints across the globe and through time.
At St. Barnabas, we will have two liturgies on All Saints Day, one at Noon and one at 7:00 pm. These will be opportunities to remember all the saints, including members of our own families who now have a closer walk with God.
You are welcome to join us and remember the saints you have had in your life.
