Allen is the first permanent bishop of the diocese of Cascadia, A.C.N.A. +Bp. Allen will assume the duties undertaken by The Right Reverend Richard Boyce who has served as Vicar General to the newly accepted diocese. +Bp. Boyce is also bishop for the diocese of the West, Reformed Episcopal Church (R.E.C.). This video is available in a DVD format.
