The final weeks of summer and the early weeks of Fall signal new beginnings in the life of everyone. At St. Barnabas we will start our children’s Sunday school and our adult Bible study on Sunday September 18, 2011. The Adult Christian Education begins at 9:15am and the childrens Sunday school starts at 10:30am.

The consecration of Bishop elect, Fr. Kevin Allen of Friday September 30 at 7:00pm in West Seattle.
The Blessing of the animals on the Feast of St. Francis, Sunday October 2, 2011 directly after the 10:30am service at Noon. Every living creeper is welcome and we will have some special quests. Gather under the tents on the West side for a brief liturgy and prayers individually for each creature.
Saturday October 8th, 2011 at 5:00pm – A Home coming! Bring a salad or a soup to share as we gather again for Fall.
